1.3 The version of these Terms that applies to your order is the version available on the Website at the time your order is accepted.
1.4 By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Once an order is accepted, a binding contract is formed.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

2.2 You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and not engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the Website or its operation.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1 All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including where Products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.
3.3 Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and manufacturing batches.
3.4 Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs once your payment has been processed and the order is approved.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.
4.3 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4.4 If an error in pricing or payment is identified after you place an order, we will contact you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
5. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
5.1 Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for the period stated and subject to availability.
5.2 Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5.3 Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5.4 Sale, clearance or promotional purchases are final and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
6.2 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
6.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information.
6.4 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
7.1 We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
7.2 Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.
7.3 Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, if there is something wrong with the item.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
7.5 If your Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
7.6 Where a Product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as required.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CARE
8.1 All Products are intended for domestic use only unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Natural materials may display variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These variations are not defects.
8.3 We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, exposure to weather, liquids, chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
9. TITLE & RISK
9.1 Title to Products passes to you once full payment has been received.
9.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our Products or Website.
10.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected Product.
