Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. Little Shed is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been dispatched.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
